The Morbark Beever M15R / Tornado 15 Chipper is a high-capacity, high production chipper designed to handle all of your vegetation management needs. The M15R is ideal for residential tree services, utility line clearing, contractors and municipalities. This chipper offers the most features of any chipper in its class. More than 6,600 lb./ft. of material pulling force is generated from the TorqMax dual feed wheel compression system. The Curbside Control Option enables you to control the chipper efficiently from one location and its rear-mounted controls provide full visibility of the infeed and drum areas. Material can be briefly backed away from the drum and forward feed can be automatically stopped thanks to the reversing auto-feed.

The chipping drum provides maximum chipping efficiency with 30″ diameter four-knife (2 double-sided knives) staggered knife-pocket drum with patented removable knife holders and Vortex chambered air-impeller system. Hydraulic Down Pressure System creates 600 lbs. of perpetual down pressure, which eliminates the needs for springs. Aftermarket components are installed easily because the chipper has been outfitted and pre-plumbed.

We accept deposits on machines and can hold them for a maximum of 5 days. Full payment MUST be made within 5 days BEFORE the machine can leave our lot.

Anything over 200 miles will be subject to a fee of $1.30/mi from our location if we do the hauling. We charge one-way. We do not charge for our driver to return to us. We deliver all over the country: Maine, Georgia, Missouri and New York most recently!

+3rd-party shipping is also an option. Typically it’s about 1.5k to ship to central U.S., ~2k to Texas and up to 2.5k to ship to the West Coast. Just message us for a quote or utilize Uship.com. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

Equipment details and related information is limited to sight, sound, feel, limited operational running and testing at low speeds, in a confined flat area, without load, and in limited operating conditions during a limited time period. While we make effort to represent all Machines accurately, some information used in our ads may be from unverified third-party sources. It is also the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect each Machine in-person with an unbiased 3rd-party expert for mechanical soundness, safety, integrity and quality prior to purchase. Buyer agrees to repair and maintain, at his or her cost, any goods purchased to a safe operating condition and, without limitation, to a condition which meets any standard or requirement of any applicable authority, law or regulation including those concerning any use to which the goods may be put. All hours on Meters and Odometers are perceived to be correct unless stated otherwise in handwriting. Hours and or Mileage may be fractionally higher from potential buyers testing Machine operations before the Machine is sold. Buyer acknowledges they are experienced with this type of Machine and Buyer is responsible to service, repair and maintain all items purchased to a safe operating condition and obtain all permits and certification required by law for use. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to purchase and comprehend all Manufacturer safety, operation, and maintenance Media related to the Machine and Attachments prior to operation. The Buyer is also responsible for adhering to safe and proper training of Machine Operators as required by law and the Manufacturer.

Full payment is due within 3 business days of the purchase date. All payments are assumed to be in good faith towards paying off the balance due. There will be no refunds for partial payments, credits or reimbursements. All Machines can remain at our location for 20 business days after purchase without incurring charges. After 20 days the Seller reserves the right to charge a $30/day storage fee that will be added to the original balance due. All amounts owed must be paid prior to Machines leaving our location.

The parties irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of the State of Delaware located in New Castle County, Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens with respect to any action instituted therein arising under this Agreement or any of the other agreements or in any way connected with or related or incidental to the dealings of the parties hereto in respect of this Agreement or the transactions related hereto or thereto, in each case whether now existing or hereafter arising, and whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise, and agree that any dispute with respect to any such matters shall be heard only in the courts described above. Each of the parties hereby waives personal service of any and all process upon it and consents that all such service of process may be made by certified mail (return receipt requested) directed to its address set forth on the Bill of Sale hereof and service so made shall be deemed to be completed five (5) days after the same shall have been so deposited in the U.S. mails or by service in any other manner provided under the rules of any such courts.

If it shall be necessary for either party to this Bill of Sale Contract to bring suit to enforce any provisions hereof or for damages on account of any breach of this Contract, the Seller on any issue in any such litigation and any appeals therefrom shall be entitled to recover from the Buyer, in addition to any damages or other relief granted as a result of such litigation, all costs and expenses of such litigation and reasonable attorney’s fee as fixed by the court.

Buyer, whether acting as principal, agent, officer or director of a company or otherwise, in any capacity whatsoever, and the company he represents, both jointly and severally agree to indemnify and save harmless ECC Machinery, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, successors and its Consignors for any and all actions, cases of action, suits, damages, costs and losses of any nature, arising from the purchase or use of any item. Buyer further agrees that all rights and defenses available to ECC Machinery hereunder shall extend to the Consignor.

ECC Machinery’s ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE SALES PRICE OF THE RELEVANT GOODS AND $100. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

ECC Machinery nor any Consignor makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any item, nor that goods conform to any standard in respect to safety, pollution or hazardous material or to any standard or requirement of any applicable authority, law or regulation.
