For equipment purchases, rentals, parts and service: cash, wire transfer, money order, certified cashiers check, and Western Union. We also accept credit card or debit cards at an additional 3.75% processing fee.
We do not accept personal or business checks.
PARTS TERMS:
All parts are returnable within 14 days of purchase IF: packaging has not been opened and parts are in new condition, the packaging is not damaged and the customer has the receipt of sale. All parts returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original sale price and a deduction of our shipping cost.
MACHINES/VEHICLES/EQUIPMENT TERMS:
When purchasing from ECC Machinery, you are bound by the Terms of Sale on the signed sale agreement. All Machines sold by ECC Machinery are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS without any implied, expressed, special or written warranties or service contracts. While we make effort to represent all information, options, data specs and representations accurately, some information utilized in our may be from a number of sources unverified third-party sources. It is the Buyer’s ultimate responsibility to inspect each Machine and verify ALL information, options, specifications, VIN, and readings directly with the Manufacturer prior to purchase. All pictures and video of Machines are presumed to be actual unless stated in handwriting. All hours meters and odometers are perceived to be correct unless stated otherwise in handwriting. Hours may be fractionally higher from potential buyers testing Machine operations (usually by an hour or so). It is the Buyer’s responsibility to purchase and comprehend all safety, operation, maintenance and specification media related to the Machine prior to operation. The Buyer is also responsible for adhering to safe and proper training of Machine Operators. Full payment is due within 3 business days of the purchase date. All Machines can remain at our location for 20 business days after purchase without incurring charges. After 20 days ECC Machinery reserves the right to charge a $30/day storage fee. These terms will change over time, so please refer to your signed sale agreement / bill of sale.
We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. States including Hawaii and Alaska. As a general rule of thumb – it’s about $2/mi.
International shipping is also available. Please call or email us for a quote or use a shipping broker of your choice.
