ECC Machinery accepts non-refundable PayPal payments through eBay for payments up to $1,000. All remaining payments or complete payments must be made by: cash, bank check, money order, certified check, credit card or debit card. All card payments are subject to a 3.75% service charge. We do NOT accept personal checks, business checks or American Express.
We accept deposits on machines and can hold them for a maximum of 14 days. Full payment MUST be made within 14 days BEFORE the machine can leave our lot.
FINANCING:
We offer financing for qualified buyers through First Pacific Funding and Beacon Hill Financial. Please Google them for their info. Once approved, all purchases need to go through eBay.

We are a family-owned dealership with limited staff, so please let us know before coming. Sometimes we’re out picking up and delivering machinery, out performing service calls, ordering parts, helping other customers, painting equipment, etc.
+Complimentary FREE shipping UP TO 200 MILES for pre-paid customers if requested from zip code 19720. Anything over 200 miles will be at an additional cost of $1.40/mi. We deliver all over the country! Maine, Georgia, Missouri and New York most recently!
+3rd-party shipping is also an option. Typically it’s about 1.5k to ship to central U.S., ~2k to Texas and up to 2.5k to ship to the West Coast. Just message us for a quote or utilize Uship.com. Do not be intimidated by shipping. It really is easy. We can handle shipping entirely if you would like us to so all you have to do is pay and be ready to receive your Machinery on the assigned date.
+You as the Buyer are responsible for removing purchased machinery from our location within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the Buyer will be responsible for paying $25 per day in storage fees.
Terms of Sale
All Machines sold by ECC Machinery are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS without any implied, expressed, special or written warranties or service contracts. While we make effort to represent all Machine-related information accurately, some information used in our ads is utilized from a number of sources including some unverified third-party sources. It is the Buyer’s ultimate responsibility to inspect each Machine and verify ALL information, specifications, VIN, and readings directly with the Manufacturer prior to purchase. All pictures and video of Machines are presumed to be actual unless stated in handwriting. All hours meters and odometers are perceived to be correct unless stated otherwise in handwriting. Hours may be fractionally higher from potential buyers testing Machine operations (usually by an hour or so). It is the Buyer’s responsibility to purchase and comprehend all safety, operation, maintenance and specification media related to the Machine prior to operation. The Buyer is also responsible for adhering to safe and proper training of Machine Operators. Buyers are bound by the signed Contract provided on the Bill of Sale. Full payment is due within 3 business days of the purchase date. All Machines can remain at our location for 20 business days after purchase without incurring charges.
